She/Her

In my work, I draw from Intergenerational and Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on helping families notice the patterns that may be creating stress or distance.

I recognize the emotional, relational, and systemic impact these conditions can have and strive to create space for those experiences to be seen and understood.

My approach centers on the futuristic integrity of my clients, the compassion found in true identity, and the responsibility required to achieve freedom for one's true nature. I encourage self-expression, to determine where to begin, how to conclude on your own terms, and how to re-educate yourself when necessary.

I focus my expertise on Structural Therapy and Satir’s Experiential Therapy. I believe it is best to put skills into action to determine what is working for you.
